Billing questions
How am I billed?
Monthly in advance via Stripe. Annual plans (20% off) will be available soon. Israeli customers can also pay via PayPlus/Cardcom and receive a חשבונית מס in Hebrew with VAT.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel inside your dashboard at any time — your plan runs until the end of the current billing period, then stops. No fees, no lock-in.
Is VAT / sales tax included?
Prices shown are excluding tax. We use Stripe Tax to calculate the correct rate for your country and add it at checkout. Israeli customers see a tax-inclusive price on the Hebrew invoice.
Can I upgrade / downgrade mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period so you keep your current plan's features until then.
What happens if I use all my AI budget?
We warn you at 50% and 80%. At 100% the chat switches to a 'top up or upgrade' prompt instead of silently charging you extra. You can top up in $5 increments at cost.
