These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Buildli ("Service", "we", "our"), operated by buildli.app. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Buildli is a SaaS platform that lets you manage your self-hosted WordPress (.org) sites through a chat interface powered by AI. The Service connects to your site via a small connector plugin ("Connector") installed on your WordPress.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind the organization on whose behalf you sign up, if any. You must have administrative access to any WordPress site you connect.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of all content on your WordPress sites. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to transmit and process that content for the sole purpose of executing the actions you request. We don't train AI models on your content.
4. AI-generated changes
The Service uses large language models (currently Claude by Anthropic, subject to change) to interpret your requests and modify your site. Outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing every action before approving it, and for the content that gets published to your site. We provide revisions and recovery URLs as safety nets; neither replaces your review.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- violate any law or infringe anyone's rights;
- reverse-engineer, resell, or attempt to sublicense the Service;
- probe, scan, or overload our infrastructure;
- generate or distribute spam, malware, phishing, or content that sexualises minors, glorifies violence, or harasses individuals.
6. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. You authorise us to charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and no prorated refunds are issued for partial months.
We may change prices with 30 days' notice. If you don't accept a price change, cancel before it takes effect.
7. Usage limits
Each plan includes a monthly AI budget. When you reach it we pause agent actions for the remainder of the period. We'll notify you at 50% and 80% of the budget. You can upgrade plans at any time.
8. Availability
We strive for high availability but make no uptime guarantees unless separately agreed in writing (Enterprise SLA). Scheduled maintenance is announced on our status page.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings > Privacy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity. On termination we delete your data per our Privacy Policy.
10. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us during that period.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, unless overridden by mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to you at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
